It took me like a day to eat without pain. Get potassium nitrate toothpaste (sensodyne) and use it before you whiten as it will cover the nerve endings in your teeth making it hurt less. Use after too

No it didn’t hurt to eat after, I really just ate the next morning tbh, so 12 hours.

Most the pain was during the procedure but even that wasn’t that bad, I believe I used 35% hydrogen peroxide but maybe it was 40 I forgot
