Depends on the drug and dosage.
For example MENT makes you pretty much infertile after moderate use.
Whereas a decent chunk of people can regain normal test values after years of on and off use of testosterone derivitives (Exl: dht, 19-nors)
Pct and things like hcg help alot aswell

But as long as the tren is only run for a short period of time i see no reason why pct could not bring you back into the "normal" range of endogionous production.
Also remember if your eq is the undec ester that shit has a 14 day half life and so will affect your hpta axis long after the last pin. So keep that in mind.

Mainly due to limited exposure to fsh and lh, which although have probably nearly finished gonad development. Still is less compared to say someone in their 20s who has has much more previous exposure to fsh and lh, and therefore has more developed hpta.
