How long can you go without sleep?

I can't concentrate after 30hours and by 48 I might passout on concrete and not be bothered till I wake up with a dizzy head.

I've done like 24 max but if i ate more and had something to do during the time it could be longer

Usually whenever I do an all nighter I end up taking a big nap in the afternoon the next day so around 16-20 hours I guess
