How long did it take for you to get lean?

I have been cutting for a week and aside from less water retention, I barely see any results. I could be at around 16-17% BF now. I'm 185lbs, I eat 2000-2200 cals a day.

How long would it take to get to about 10-12% realistically?

I lost 5kg already in 2 weeks, skip breakfast and have less than 1k kcal daily.

I would definitely do that, but I am afraid of losing muscle mass.
 
If common sense doesn't tell you the answer depends on how fat you are to begin with, there's no hope for you.

Just eat less calories
