Good shitIt took me around 3 months to go from 60kg to 100kg, 4k cals daily and usually 250-300 grams of protein (probably don’t need that much protein). Oh yeah one more thing I went from 68-76 kilos which obviously made gaining strength 10x easier.
Already made that mistake but instead for a whole year throughout my sophomore yr higschool1.5 years but I wasted 6 months of that yoyo dieting, so you can likely get it in a year if you don't make the same mistakes I did.
