Never heard about this but my front profile is good enough its just my side that sucks balls

bimax brings your whole entire jaw and chin forward. Genio just brings your chin forward.

Checked the results and its not in the same yard as a genio indeed but also seems fucking invasive dude, you'd need to get your face sliced open to get that done I think

Shit I think about 15 years honestly? That's prolly the minimum but Ik it degrades over time. Don't get genioplasty as the effects are weak and dont get fillers as they make ur skin loose and deflated and looks fake asf

I'd say even if it wears off every 20 years its fine, by that time u should have a good enough job where it doesnt matter or u dont have to save up

I think you have to do them together, sliding genio for jaw bone/ lower third length, chin implant for chin projection.
