All depends. Anywhere between 3-9 months.

Any gains from oral minox are never "permanent". Do not cycle it. I'd say be patient, try topical first for several months, and only switch to oral if you're a non-responder. Patience is a virtue.

some study showed 6x a week topical minox treatment + 1 day of no minox but micro needling showed better results than 7x minox weekly treatment

derek mpmd made a good vid on it

less total drug exposure but better results
