How long do you really have to wear braces before bimax?

hell I have heard some people say they were only required braces AFTER the bimax

I'm already having an invisalign treatment done, so by the time I get bimax my bite and alignment should be perfect already.

Would I still need to get braces before the bimax?

i don’t get it tho don’t u need elastics to fix bite? i used to wear braces but didn’t wear the elastics cuz i heard they recess maxilla

Well my teeth are apparently in quite good shape, so I'll have to wear them for a year at most and retainers for 5 more years.

My front teeth are aligned perfectly, but I had a slight bucktooth like the guy in picrel. Other than that they are healthy and not green.
