3 to 6 if I stay up late doing something

If I go to bed early 7 to 12 but most of the times >9

I used to have this exact thing, thank god I fixed it some nights can be stressful. Especially if you need to be rested and up early the next day

Depends on the day. If I wanna sleep in probably 10 and if I want to game probably 7

IDK it just slowly fixed itself after I started living healthier

Things I did were nootropics
Diet
Daily fasted cardio

Only specific thing I did before sleeping was taking a shower and only reading an hour or two prior to bed. I also save boring tasks to do at night.

I still have nights where I just wake up for no reason way too early or just lay in my bed trying to sleep but they are much rarer now, maybe once or twice a month. What used to be a very common occurrence.

An EEG scan I did showed I have very high stress activities in my brain so maybe me taking L-theanine helped a bit
