depends on genetics tbh

on average probably about six months to a year

i still havent hit 100kg bench even tho ive been lifting for almost 4 years now

What’s your training look like? If you want 100 you should try to better your central nervous system and neuron recruitment

IS It possible to lift 200kg naturally?
possible, but impossible for 99% of average lifters

Some people don’t even make it past 100 kilos

What’s your training look like? If you want 100 you should try to better your central nervous system and neuron recruitment
sbl program, 3 days upper per week all to failure.

im just a small guy overall, my strength is strong proportionally to my size.
 
My max is like 90 kgs after years of lifting

cause i look pretty good and i have made good progress considering i started out benching 55 lbs up to 195 now

I also started out the same, I could barely bench 45 when I first started out actually

At my peak I ended up benching 325 but I was roiding

I don’t really care too much about sbd anyways

Either way, good progress honestly, but I would just roid too if I were you

wow thats insane man

i was super motivated with sbd earlier this year like set my eyes on 225 bench but then i realized it's kinda meaningless and i just wanted aesthetics

i'd roid if i wasn't a prettyboy tbh

Yea u should be naturally strong on bench though if ur good at like incline, OHP, or just any press in general

And I did realize that as well, if u think about it benching is just for chasing validation. When u take that shirt off no one really gives a fuck if u bench 5 plates if ur obese

i'd roid if i wasn't a prettyboy tbh

yup exactly what i realized. it was getting close to summer and i was like fuck i need to cut. the only reason i was chasing numbers was that i was insecure because some fat fuck at school told me he could squat 405 when realistically that was like his bodyweight jfl

Depends on genetics the average person should get there in around 4-6 months tho but it depends on how much they weigh etc

I mean yea but it was because I was retarded

I had heart and kidney damage after a year of test and some other orals and another injectable (this one was probably the one that caused the most damage though)

I didn’t know much because I was literally only 14 :forcedsmile::forcedsmile::hnghn:
