This is a multifaceted question. Your biceps make it clear you’re at least 3-4 months in typically but it’s obvious you don’t have guidance because even within one month of training you’d see more lat growth with proper methods ; so with that general ignorance in mind I’d place you at around 8-9 months of training. I don’t believe you are training hard enough to gain that bicep mass in 3 months so that’s the main tell. Train harder

how exactly and where am i supposed to get a proper workout plan. Do you have one i could use per chance thank you i train 7 times a week for an hour and a half. hit my protein goal everyday and my macros

Yeah see how you talk, training 7 times a week is retarded and who cares how long, it’s largely irrelevant. You need to restructure your training around frequency, as well a progressive overload . I just made a thread on my account about training it’s perfect for you kid check it out

and i do have frequency and progressive overload btw the pictures are almost 2 months apart
