Depends on how much arm isolation you do. I lifted for the first year with a strength focused program and became a t-rex.

If you start doing a lot of bicep/tricep isolation early, you could definitely achieve those arms in a year provided your diet is on point, ofc muscle insertions play a big part on how your arms will look, but the most important part is you will not gain arm size fast without enough isolation volume.

I also recommend adding wrist isolation to get those meaty forearms.

Realistically most people don't lift seriously :lul:
Yeah, most half ass it which is why they look like shit. Makes me lol when guys say they have been training for 4 years and you ask them their bench press and it’s only 120lbs 😂

1 year is plenty of time
depends on how lean you want to be; you can get big arms way faster if you don't care about leanness. Also keep in mind that how aesthetic your arm will look is mostly dependent on genetics (like mostly everything) for example, how long your arms are, wrist thickness and also whether you have a short or a long bicep insertion, so you might never have those arms if you have gigabad genetics.

Somewhere in between 4 seconds and 10 years

I love all the cope in this thread. “6 months!” “2 years!” That dude is like 10% body fat and his arm is pretty big. If you’re over 6 feet tall that would take you a while to get. Everyone loves to overestimate themselves on the Internet

Depends on your genetics & the insertions in those areas. Idk from where these dudes throwing out random #s like that^

not long, the angle of the arm is it's widest outline and you don't even see much tricep

1 to 2 years. But this guy is not natty and he already started receding.
