Ive only abstained for about a week but i was wondering how long it will take to get my libido back but i will keep that in mindIf you've abstained from pornography as well and are still feeling this way, there's the possibility something else is influencing your libido. Take a look at your lifestyle try to disengage from obviously unhealthy behaviors (poor sleep, diet, lack of activity, etc.) If nothing changes it's probably best to see a doctor.
