Im lifting weights and everyday without a fail atleast an hour of fast walking at 10% incline . How long do I have to wait until I see some results?

Yeah I’m aware , I eat lunch and sometimes breakfast but breakfast is super light , just 2 eggs

2 years since you want to maximize growth/health, so you'll be eating 4k calories worth of raw red meat woth plenty of raw animal fat, raw dairy, raw egg yolks and raw fruits

sorry man but you're ruining yourself if your breakfast is not 10 raw egg yolks with one cup of whole raw milk, in order to get nutrients and growth hormone you need to REALLY ascend

18%bf isn't bad but I would recommend not cutting until like maybe late 16 or 17 if you really want it that bad, if you're starving your body the bone mass you want to build and ect is going to be lesser. If you want to cut down a little just make sure your in a calorie deficit but not by too much and lose like 1.5lb of body fat per week for MOST OPTIMAL cutting which you'll probably be at the bf you want in like 8-9weeks, then I'd just maintain or bulk a little bc it's better to take advantage of hormones when you're young

If I were you I would eat 4k calories worth of raw egg yolks, raw meat, raw dairy and raw fruits, and I'd work a physical job to pay for my food + physical activity. But I'm not you. So you do you

Depending on your deficit, you are looking at 8-12 weeks to get to 12% if you are strict. Anywhere from 5-10 months if you are not serious.

meats, eggs, butter, raw cheese, raw milk. dont have to eat meats and eggs raw if u dont want - just eat them. its 1000% better than everything else today.

raw eggs arent something to be feared. i understand wjhy a regular person woiudklnt ewant to eat raw meat, but eggs nah they're safe
