ye its kinda scary at first ngl seeing your face all red and bleeding but its normal thats how its supposed to be. I cleanse my face and then rub alcohol with a cotton pad. As lubricant I apply hyaluronic acid.Last time I did not use any numbing cream and that shit is super painfull make sure to buy one.

skincare is mostly cope other than accutane and tret/taz, a good cleanser and moisturizer, microneedling, ghk-cu, co2 laser, peels etc.

hmm try going to a derm that will get you tret or taz prescribed. retinol is fine but weaker.

I think you can yes there are some people that run it for the rest of their lives just to keep the oil at bay. I run 10mg 3x/week now but I started at 10mg a day. You dont need those absurd dosages that some derms prescribe because you will encounter side effects.

Ok yeah I’ve run a high dosage before and it fucking sucked. But I’m thinking about microdosing it 10mg like you said. Will probably start out daily and then go down to 3x a week like you said

yea run 10mg daily for a month and then 10mg 3x/week and you’ll be good
