with chin tucks ? and is it faster/easier to fix than anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulder ?

You need to strengthen your muscles in the back of your neck. And stretch out the front neck neck muscles. Might take some months to do properly

so chin tuck alone isn’t enough ?

No your muscle imbalances are the main cause. Most people have OP pecs compared to back muscles because of tension. Same with neck. You need to stretch your muscles on the front of your body and strengthen the back muscles

Might find an old thread later.

Otherwise just stretch your front neck muscles.
And strengthen the back muscles by standing at an angle to a wall with the back of your head

you need to chin tuck to stretch the muscle in the back of ur neck
build muscles on ur lower trapezius muscle (wall angels, sitting rows)
stretch ur chest (one armed at a door)

u will see improvement after a month but need to continue stretching for half a year to a year for it to be permanent
