been using it inconsistently since jan 2023, probably will say I used it 2x a week on average since then, moved up the dosage and my skin is drier
I looked at a photo from a year ago and my skin was glowing ((no diddy)) and a good color, olive/carmelly instead of pale brown/grey and my skin right now is still dry
I think i am vitamin D deficient so this may be the reason
