How long is it going to take me to go from 15 to 12% body fat?

In a week on water fast.
 
dont water fast
do a mini cut look it up (between 750-1250 calories a day depends on your height , weight goals etc)
 
How about normally?
If your 200 pounds and 15% bodyfat
200 pounds/100= 2 pounds
1% = 2 pounds
3%= 6 pounds of FAT

3,500 cals per pound
3500/7= 500
500 calorie deficit will make you lose 1 pound per week, 4 pounds a month

In a conservative deficit with adequate protein intake and stimulus to muscles you will burn mostly fat

The larger your deficit and the more you neglect adequate nutrition and training the more muscle you will lose

Obviously genetics play a part aswell

But that’s how you would figure it out, keep in mind it only accounts for fat loss not muscle aswell so you would need to lose a little more weight
