actually is the best thing you can do, try to buy masseter trainers or even just chew hard gum, there are others ways to train it too

it wont give you, i use masseter trainers, just do it with caution and dont over train it

Doesn’t give tmj unless overdone js do 30 min hard chew each side on molars
