I hit puberty at 12-14 when would it realistically end? Im not talking only abt height growth but also facial growth. Does bloat or face fat slowly go away as you reach the end of puberty?

i heard baby fat goes away tho anywy
ye ik its different from person to person but its been years and it still seems like im developing (changes seen in months) so realistically 19-18 would be a safe bet? I'm trying to determine exactly what age it is that I can get surgery the earliest possible
