How long it takes to recover from implants

How much time for ur face to look perfectly normal after getting implants ? Like i dont want people to know i got surgery so gonna do it on vacacions but how much time for my face to recover ?

better question is how can we speed up the recovery process post all surgeries. One of the biggest issues with surgerymaxing is the recovery times imo (time it takes before you see final result)
