There's a lot of variance, some people respond very well and can start to see measurable growth in like 1-2 weeks, but that's atypical. Honestly don't fret if you don't see anything in the first 2 months. By month 6 most of your growth should start to plateau, and what you have after 1 year is pretty much what you're gonna get.
