How long should I Intermediate fast for?

I’m freshly 18 years old and been Intermediate fasting almost every day for a month and half and have lost heeps of weight. Now my parents r saying I’m looking frail and too skinny. My coworker said that I should be fasting everyday and that I should intermediate fast twice a week what do u guys reckon keep fasting everyday or just twice a week?

So I should intermediate fast for 3 weeks straight and how long do I hop off it, also would this sudden change in routine have any effects on my body
