How long should i take Accutane ? I will soon start my Accutane cure with 20mg a day (not enough money for more)

i wouldn't be taking 20mg a day unless your skin is uber fucked like in the pictures, and depending what season it is right now where you live (its winter here) 5mg a day monday to friday then saturday sunday no accutane. then when you're satisfied i would start doing 5mg every other day.

What side effects are you refering to ? Most severe side effects like hair loss are like 0,1% and are only during treatment

How long you take Accutane depends on your weight. It's recommended that you dose anywhere from .5 to 1 mg/kg/day. Do the calculations and don't stay on Accutane for longer then you need too.

Go to a Dr and ask their opinion. They'll probably order bloodwork to look at your liver function, and that should be a good guide.
