How long should I use ketoconazole shampoo?

If it's 1% then 3/4 times a week.
2% is more harsh, will make your hair look dead. So, 1/2 is optimum.

Slowly lower the frequency if it gets better. It makes hair totally lifeless.

I use it once a week, usually on a day where i am suppose to stay home. Been using for 3 odd years.

Hmmm, I use it for hair loss and I've seen absolutely zero sides when it comes to how "lively" my hair looks.
For balding it's been incredible for me.

My hair looks the same as normal shampoo with it, I don't why you wouldn't use it even if you don't have hair loss

I used it for a few weeks then stopped, the scalp issues I had never came back. While it didn’t reduce hair loss on it’s own, it fixed my scalp health that was causing additional hairloss on top of my inhereted hair loss or whatever
