I’m using it along with l-arginine and berberine (i can’t roid yet)

the growth hormone produced from it is not enough and im not 100% sure but the growth hormone that is produced isnt very effective

wont really make u grow any more muscle than without it as well, and wont make u grow taller if thats what ur hoping for

it produces all types of GH it is just the same as is produced during a fast. and it will cause someone to gain more muscle and grow taller but its so minimal and there are better options for both goals (both being horomonal) that are cheaper.

opposite for me, my mom has great bonemass and my dad is completely boneless, yet I have pretty good bones
