2.5 weeks ago I had sarpe and extractions I am wondering when it would be wise to start drinking again. Before the surgery I already quit drinking for more than a month so I am 2 months clean now. First my plan was to quit drinking till 2-3 weeks after turning the expander to let my bones heal, but then I found out that it takes around 3 months for the bones to fully fuse together. So what do you guys think? Wait till im done turning? Or would that be even worse because that's when the bones are just starting to fuse. I'm also consuming healthy foods (milk, eggs, liver etc etc) and supplements (k2, magnesium) to support the healing.

Only high iq jaw surgery and bone experts

Are you happy with the aesthetic result of SARPE and would you recommend?

I suggest inhaling some cyanide.

Sarpe doesn’t give any aesthetic benefit except for wider smile. I needed it in preparation for double jaw surgery, just like the extractions. My lower jaw was wider than my maxilla so I needed it to fix the bite. There really is no reason to get SARPE if u don’t need it for djs preparation, except if ur maxilla is super narrow and doesn’t match up with ur lower jaw.

Wider smile is nice though.

@Acromegaly_Chad What do you think bro, how would drinking affect the fusion of the bone?

Just found this study, lifefuel. Still going to stay clean for a bit though.

Drinking shouldn't be a problrm unless you are an alcoholic or still on meds.

2 Weeks after my Chin Wing I was so drunk that I had to vomit so I guess that speaks for itself.

Who did you go to for chinwing? And how much did it cost

Dont ever do chin wing thats all I say
I’m thinking of doing sidewing to lower my gonial angle and add height to my jaw.

I don’t want a chinwing I just want to find a surgeon who performs them

Worst idea ever. Your bone will resorb and your gonial angles will be destroyed by the side wing. Your will get masseter hyoertrophy and look like a bloated chipmunk.
Don't EVER do side wing/chin wing. I've seen many a man who got broken by that surgery.

Is there any way to add mass to the jaw without implants? Are there any before and afters of failed sidewings I can see.

So brutal I guess implants are the only solution

Implants ARE the only solution.

Additionally, I wouldn't recommend you ANY of the chin wing surgeons out there. I got to know them well and it's a catastrophy to say the least.

Would a chin shield/wedge cut genio + jaw angle implants be optimal?

I don’t want to turn myself into an eppley victim with a wraparound and I want to avoid as many implants as possible because of bone resorption.

Unfortunate that plastic surgery catered to males is so behind
