yes you ascend a lot from softmaxxing just have to have knowledge i have discovered my old softmaxxes but won't reveal just experiment with things man i might reveal some of mine in one of my posts

Update: got a new skincare routine, hair routine, care and styling, starting fasting, hopped on a caloric deficit, and testosteronemaxxing, seeing okay improvement already, esp with my skin (had crazy fucking P.I.E and P.I.H on my skin, so far no or minimal acne and hyperpigmentation is fading, just stoped using extremely cheap products and got rid of unnecessary shit), reading on how to be more nt and interact with people and foids, been doing pretty well and went from a 5.5 to a 5.8, minimal for now but def gonna see bigger changes later (h(r)opefully).
