nothing actually, giving up on skincare is what fixed my acne in the first place.
i just let my skin heal with time and obviously tried to not eat complete goyslop food

yup basically the same thing, it was back in like february, skin was red just like yours from acne spots that i had before then it cleared up and that redness was what i was left with, and like i said after a few months it just went away
however, im not entirely sure as to whether urs came from acne or not?
if its not then it could be rosacea, and its probably best u get that treated if it is.
