My diet has been fucked lately, i guess its been 2 weeks straight that ive eaten shit foods, going away from my original diet of just whole foods. And now its been a week and a half where i went back to eating just whole foods, im also avoiding foods that i find to be causing my skin to be shit, but after a week i barely notice a change, except a noticeable debloat. The only answer im looking for here is how long does it usually take for changes to appear after going from a bad diet to a good one?
