How long to sun bed for with melanotan?

Got some Mt2 this winter but I waited too long now it’s 3uv max outside

I’m like fitzpaterick one or two right now how long would you guys recommend the sunbed for ?

5-7 mins first session to see how your skin reacts.
once you’ve got some base color from the mt2 you can bump it up gradually to 10-12 mins.
moisturize after every session helps the tan settle in way better.
