How long will it take me to get this physique from 115lbs (52kg)?
this is my goal
 
2-3 years assuming you are skinny.

the real answer is nobody can fucking tell you. I see some of my friends they have this physique and never lifted in their life. While others are working out for 4 years and don’t look like him.

I have the same experience with guys i know. Two of my friends rarely lift and hardly sleep but are jacked. Then i know gymcels who live in the gym but have average physiques. Training and diet make a big difference but ofc genetics is huge.

If you eat a lot of meat you'll put on muscle effortlessy just through puberty gains. If you eat low protein during puberty you'll be skinny fat and also stunt growth. Muscle at end of the day is just stored protein for when your body needs it, you don't neccesarily need to "workout" to build muscle. When you are low protein diet your body prioritizes your organs that need protein more rather then useless muscles. If there's excess you'll build muscle during growth period so it's "stored", works even in adulthood but to a lesser extent.

If you theoretically had full control over your body, you could tell it to build muscle with the protein ingested and don't need to lift a single weight. Tearing your muscle in the gym is just how to tell it that "hey this part is weak we need to reinforce it".
