Im doing on rn to try and fix my sleep im worried it will fuck my health and development up but oh well that's prob me just being rly high inhibit

Growth hormone and other hormones are all released during sleep, if you don't sleep well you miss out on free gh and test

only one, when someone rang the fire alarm in my apartment complex, it was absolutely terrible

i passed out at 11am on the couch at work

yep I know its bad but im gonna try biphasic sleep when I fix It go to bed around midnight and wake up at around 8am and then have a nap in the midday I always try and aim for 8 hours of sleep minimum

but rn its rly hard because I have work in the evening and im waking up in the evening so basically I don't have any free time and yea its bad so this is my last hope its currently 6am no point in going to sleep rn

I would advise against it. One hour of natural sleep is better than no sleep at all. A chronic lack of sleep affects your cognitive abilities; your memory, speaking, thinking, etc will all be nuked. It’s what happened to me. I am not sure if the effects are reversible in my case.. I’ve been doing this for 10 years now and as a result I’m unable to sleep and wake up on time like a normal person. It’s 7 AM here and I’ve not slept yet. My situation’s so bad that my doctor gave me benzos even though Dutch doctors and doctors in general are not keen to give anyone benzos because they’re highly dependent and addictive.

You can fix it by sleeping half an hour earlier. So, sleep at 5:30 AM tomorrow, and then 5 AM the day after, then 4:30 AM. I slept at 11 AM yesterday, and it’s 7 AM, so I have at least 3 more hours at most that I can afford to stay awake if I wish to fix my sleeping schedule.

nothing permament like @PeakIncels said. It mostly has mental health effects more than anything looks-related. But it leads to no motivation, exhaustion and laziness which indirectly affects looks.

haha fair enough im gonna do this with no supplements im prob gonna fall sleep eventually though I have work at 5pm so I have to last till then

I mean good but yea I can get how it affects it indirectly, I mean I don't have insomnia I can fall asleep when I want to fine its just that I sleep thru to the evening then have work so its bad I have work at 5pm so I have to try and survive until thenTHEN hopefully fall sleep around 12am ish

I actually had to pay for them. :forcedsmile: So not exactly free. But I did get free zopiclone. That’s a Z-drug though! I could get my hands on free Xanax too. :Comfy:

several, probably in the low dozens maybe 30-40. I turned out fine though, so I can't really comment on if it affected my development because I don't know, doesn't seem like it.

edit: I will say I have brainfog if I sleep more than 6-7 hours, so maybe I fucked up somehow

sleeping too much isn't ideal so that's prob why u have brain fog

na but I have to be manually woken up otherwise I find my dreams too interesting and sleep too long. I broke the mechanism which makes you auto-wake up at a certain time and I can't get it back
