facial bone growth, height growth, etc. what would be ideal for aesthetics and growth during puberty and not becoming a complete fatass
 
2k calories is normal and healthy. but amount of calories is not the thing you need to focus jfl. focus more on how nutrient food is and what are you getting from it. meat, eggs, milk products fruits, vegetables. eat natural and don’t count calories. eat whenever you are very hungry. 2-3 times a day
 
i was living off milk, sugar and chocolate pre puberty at 15 and went from very short around 5ft to 5'11 at 16. then from 17 onwards ate below 1.6k cals daily and reached 6'4. but facially not a major difference
