How many calories to eat to lose weight?

I’ve been dieting and restricting myself to clean food.

I fucking hate healthy food and have gone 5 days eating only 200 calories each day…

I’m 6 ft 230 - 235 35% maybe higher but not 40%…

How many calories would you eat? A calculator online is recommending 1,600 a day…

Dont do 200 calories

Calculate what is your maintenance, add how much you burn (Upload one of those apps that count steps and calories, and if you lift weights add 200-300). Then eat 1000-500 less than the total, so if you burn 2500 eat 1500-2000

Less will make you hate your life on the long run

Enter the weight you wish you were into the online calculator and then just eat whatever the maintenance calories are

You will eventually adjust to that weight

Quickest fat loss would be to eat 0kcal a day or fast for as long as you can before the starvation comes in. I do not recommend this because I almost fainted once on refeed :lul:
 
0, go fasting for entire day until you are nutrient deficient

It's much better to be consistent, man. It will take a lot of time to get lean with minimal damage to health, if you do care.
