Intermittent fasting is a good one (16:8 for example).
Then if you don’t processed and extremely caloric food you’ll be allright in general.
You never want to eat until your stomach hurts but neither feel extremely hungry all day.
You should look forward to meals but not be starved

Nah you should do 500 cals below your basal metabolic rate, or eat at your metabolic rate and burn 500 cal with cardio

Yeah it’s good bro no worries.
You can also cardio to be extra sure u lose weight.
If you lose roughly 0,5 kg or a bit more every week it’s good.
There are some weeks you don’t make progress tho and it’s normal.
Just gotta be consistent and follow the basic advice.

Just eat the same thing everyday and add some 0cal sauces to make it taste different each day
