How many carrots a day are needed to achieve a good coloring?

I'm gonna start eating raw carrots because my coloring is shit. Please advice me how many carrots should I eat daily.

Just bought some carrots. I'm struggling to finish one, I cant imagine eating four of them. They are big!. And not tasty at all. Im eating it raw.
