How many days to train as natty and what split

I do the dorian yates split 4x a week in the gym for an hour but PPL UL is pretty solid too.

if you can go everyday, you can split 2 muscle group every day
ideally 3-4 day, more then that you start to have diminishing return,
any split is ok, just skip the muscle group thats still in fatigue

So 4 days a week ?

I think 6 days ppl is too tiring as natty
I did 6 day bro split but that don't gives less gains and also feels meaningless training one muscle group so much

I am thinking upper lower 4 days which targets all muscles twice

Push Pull Legs Upper Lower is a 5 day split
