with 1,8k grafts i will pay roughly 7k dollars
So what? DOn't go to turkey, it's low quality, the technicians do the job, not the doc. I want the doc to do the entirety of the job, so I'm going to a spanish doc for 2k and it'll cost 8k euros

How is the norwood reaper genetics on your father's and mother's side ? HT at 23 is always risky.

robotic fue

While robotic fue is good, Ive seen a clinique that are obviously retarded, cause even with robotic fue the results look abysmal af.
What clinique? Got a link?
Also around 1.5k grafts is indeed enough most likely. Its not a large area unless you want to lower hairline below your natural level. (which Id actually want, but I doubt that I have enough donor grafts, which is why Id prolly have to do a surgical forehead lowering and afterwards HT to cover the scar area with hair grafts to make it invisible).

I think you might need less than 1.7k, Id say around 1.2k or smth or even 1k, its not a large area.

What hair clinique is it, do you have a link to the doctor?

Also eye brow shape looks suboptimal. The distance in the center is too large and they look vertically short, makes you look like a book nerd. Consider enhancing your eyebrows with transplanted hair. You could do it together with hair transplant on scalp.

it only loos like that, shape is not perfect but this is one of not many things that I have and its GL
dont have 1 chosen cliqiniue yet

do you think its a good idea to transplant hair into scalp where there is no recession to make fine hair look thick? or waste of grafts?

It depends on whether the skin on the skull can be seen through the thin hair. If it does, then you could try to increase density with adding hair in between.

Thats actually something that I will need tbh. When the hair is too thin on the crown area, and the scalp can be seen, it makes absolute sense to add hair in those areas for more density.

There are several thimngs to take into consideration here. Remember that hair surgeons also are salesman, its really important to take that into account. Fine hair in the hairline is not necessarily hair loss or receading. But is often just normal when it comes to juvenile hairline.
To make a ht here is not a very good idea bc of several things.
1. Hair follicles need space and blood supply, so doing placements of grafts good kill natural hairs in that region.
2. In the future the hairline can go further back and to waste precious donor hair on a dense pack can be costly.
3. Weaker hair (if not normal fine hair as with juvenile hairline) can be strengthend and should be to prevent hairloss.
4. A ht take long time to heal and dosnt show the final result until 0,5-1 year.

So the best advice would prob be that get on a hair regimen, and for the visual front: Go for a hair consealer.
Have tried some and damn what a difference, and to almost no cost.

looks like shit

Ofc it looks like shit, he dosent doesn't even have a hairline to begin with. Aslo powder is worthless at the front, it should be hair make up, like a brush and stuff like that. At the hairline it should look more like this if done with a brush.
