Make an estimate. I see less and less guys with receding hairline where I live (one of the biggest city in Europe), but if you go on the countryside there are lots of guys with shitty hairline. I think urban men care more about their hair and looks and a greater amount of them take finasteride.
I'd say 30% (1 out of 3) of men in urban areas take finasteride (or at least has tried it).
In some specific subgroups (such as actors, celebrities, models, white collar people) 90% of them have at least tried it, of course nobody will admit they take finasteride (it's like admitting being genetic garbage)
