I'm loosing about 200-250 in the shower per day, probably around 300 per day accounting for everything
Anything over 100 hairs in the shower is a concern
Maybe it's more evident now since I've grown my hair a bit
In my case it was probably aggravated by calorie restriction and vitamin A supplementation
Isotretinoin and vitamin A can deplete biotin
Will start supplementing 10 000mcg biotin per day or every other day
1000-5000mcg can be sufficient as well but aiming high since biotin is pretty safe in high doses, although you would need to make sure you eat enough vitamin b5 with it
If that doesn't work will start topical minoxidil, last resort is adding topical finasteride to the stack
