How many hours to train shoulders per week for best gains ?

I'll be spamming lateral raises (deltoids) and pull ups(for lats) only.

I'm only giving priority to shoulders btw so I can afford to give it a lot of time .
 
Probably 30min - 1 hour.

Anything more, you're going overboard with the self-harm.
 
Per week ?
3x a week so your body can get enough rest.

1. Monday

2. Thursday

3. Friday.

I get some pretty decent shoulders when I get pumped up despite only doing calisthenics, so you should be good OP 👍

10 sets per week to failure for all sides. Front, side and rear

Progressively overload and doing not more than 12 reps until failure
If you are close to 12-15 you can up weight

I'm 17 i don't wanna fuck up my hormones , even at 62 kg 180cm , I got a 20 inches bideltoid .
I only need 1.5 inches of more width to mog everyone before entering this new highschool.

You won't fuck up your hormones just take hcg post cycle and if you really want and have the funds take it on and after cycle, im younger than you and even im roiding:lul:

Every other day do 2x sets of lat raises till failure 30 second rest inbetween
Yes the shoulder is an extremely small muscle but training it everyday is NOT the move.
