like 2 naturally and 4 with roids, source: I made it the fuck up, in reality nobody knows, if ur bicromial (bone to bone) is good then you'll have a large frame irregardless of what you do

The thing is I have like 15 inch bicromial but somehow I have 19inch untrained bideltoid

Nah I did it even by a wall and tape and no i did not mesure like this

I mesured straight to delt to delt
