How do I even know the correct amount of doses that are needed?

Make sure you titrate your dose, I forgot to and I got raped with side effects.
 
.33IU per lb of bodyweight weekly.

so 180lbs would be 59.4IU/week, 8/9 a day
i currently weigh 143lb so how much would i need?

Some bloat but not enough to matter, main issue was near debilitating carpal tunnel. It was genuinely so fucking horrible I didnt get feeling back in my pointer and middle finger tips for 2 months after stopping injections.

There is no "correct dose" its about managing risk/reward. Realistically if you pin 30 IUs a day you're going to grow much more than 8 but you may also end up looking like an ogre with barely usable hands. However what I will say, is if you're using it for height, do not use under 6ius daily as that could actually stunt growth, use 8-10ius daily with an aromatase inhibitor (this is the real key to more height, the HGH is just an added bonus).

Did it end up working well for you? I've currently been running 4ius + mk677 + arimidex and ngl I have had no carpal tunnel syndrome yet which either makes me think the source isn't the greatest or i'm doing something wrong. Just started running 8ius 3 days ago as hoping to promote bone growth.

I have appetite issues tbh, big into the gym and always been incredibly lean, i've recently started becoming lean muscular but craving more size as I also do martial arts such as Boxing and BJJ and it hurts that no matter how good I get some beginner 6'2 90kg guy would absolutely maul me. Not really using for the GH boosting effects as I already take IGF1-LR3 and HGH. Also monitoring glucose levels is good but honestly you don't ever want to get to the stage where you are pre-diabetic. My best advice would be do DETAILED RESEARCH into insulin sensitivity + resistance, what causes them and common mistakes to avoid. Don't go into starting HGH etc without doing your own proper research into how it might effect you etc don't just take peoples advice on the forums. Also I find that grok can be a good tool if you need advice on stuff like this.

Alright dude go into it like a retarded nigga with no research, it literally takes 1-2 hours to research everything you need to know using an AI. Fuck up your insulin sensitivity and height growth and cry about it later when you end up with diabetes. If you can't be fucked to do research just stay natural or you're finished my brother real talk.

Some studies say aromatase don't work for predicted height, do you have any data to back that up?

if i were you I'd consider 10-12 at this age you'll have to go hard for best effects
