its not how much time you starve yourself , its about keeping your insulin levels low , if your insulin levels are high your body will not burn fat

Yeah ideally you should be consuming a good amount of calories to maximize growth if you are young

But yh a day here and there is nothing. your growth would only rly be affected if it became habitual . but u should be careful because u can develop an eating disorder which is not ideal and will cause problems lol
