Yeh mate I have had terrible eating habits since 22 when I went downhill.

Want to get back to being a beast.

When I was 62kg I was in great shape. I think I need to lose more like 6-8 kg

I am working out hard in qurantine so when I go back outside I'll hopefully get a slight SMV boost

There are body transformations of Indian guys with my skinny fat phsyique. A thread was posted on here a few days ago.

You'd be surprised at how much weight they lost to get to their ideal shape- even when they put on a lot of muscle

There were guys who had my shape who lost 10-15 kgs.

For typical Indians/people with small bones, a bmi of 19-21 is healthy

I would say you need to lose atleast 10kg of pure fat (not counting water weight)
Also as already mentioned you need to workout and gain muscle mass

Not worth imo I was a lean/shredded Indian sprinter type of dude at one point not worth it cos when you put on clothes u get mogged by the average dudes and even overweight ones
My clavicles are wide and my torso especially chest and back fills in quite quick which is why I am 78kg aiming for close to 90 at least.
 
Don't worry about fat loss. Instead, focus on building muscle.

Skinny fat physique . You need to spend around 2 years heavy lifting. About 3 months dieting. I recommend the one meal a day diet it's essentially fasting.

You may be eating foods that are triggering your belly fat such as sugars and carbohydrates . Maybe you have a family history of diabetes.

Also after two years if you still have that belly fat and it won't move away I recommend you get vaser liposuction. Possibly HD liposuction. It permanently removes the fat cells from the body.

You need to cut ~12 kg first before you think about bulking.

I'd focus on muscle. You're basically slightly past skinny-fat range and look like a limp noodle because u have 0 muscle whtsoever. Just start with lifting weights gain some muscle, you're base metabolism will go up.

Dumb move to diet down that frail, untrained body. Just build. If you try to do both, you won't be as effective.

I was lifting 3-4 times a week till quarantine


Trying to do my best with bodyweight exercises and resistance bands

Don't try to do them at the same time. You'll just spin your wheels and face crushing disappointment in both directions. Train as if muscle gain was your goal -- that's the only way to keep the muscle you have while losing fat -- and diet as aggressively as you can tolerate to remove the fat as fast as possible. Only once the fat is gone should you switch goals and begin building muscle.

99 times out of 100, anyone on the internet who tells you to bulk/gain first has never been skinny-fat. If you bulk first, you'll just get skinny-fatter and never see your muscle gain because muscle gain as a natural is painfully slow.

100% correct. I tried to 'bulk' from November-mid January this year. Ended up getting some size but put on fat and looked like shit.

Three months is nowhere near enough time to build a perceptible amount of muscle. Chances are out of whatever weight you gained in that time, only about a kilo was muscle. It is, however, plenty of time to lose 10-15 kilograms of lard if you diet aggressively.

Definitely look into vaser liposuction after two years of dieting and lifting. It will fix the skinny fat physique.

Idk 62kg is kinda auschwitz tier weight for a fully grown man how old are u? Even 70k is light. Also whts ur wrist measurement?

I had a great personal trainer when I was 20 (Australian army guy). He whipped me up into great shape- I was 62-63kg and I had some tone.

Was fucking a girl a month from nightclubs then.

Here is me years ago after dieting down. As you can see I still had that fat flank (hip area)

I had surgery to Physically cut out the fat cells from that area. It's called vaser liposuction I had it in high definition.

Like I said you need to put in the work first diet and exercise for 2 years. Once this is mastered then you can look into surgery. Don't be one of the guys that run into surgery first.

I am actually going for a revision as I want it gone for good. Like I said it's permanent removal.

Get rid of those flappy fat wings between your belly, scrunches will help a lot for that. You're probably at 17% bf mentioned by an user but the accurate way of getting that is by measuring your hips and whatnot and to put it on a bf calculator
