I’m going on a bulk, eating around ~3000 calories a day. How much lbs. can I gain a week.

Fat or muscle?

Fat? Literally 1-2 kg.

Muscle? Maybe 0.25lb if you are a newb and genetically gifted.

I'm not a gym expert in any way and so isn't the guy who's video I'm about to link to you. However, he managed to bulk up pretty decently in 3 months. I believe he's 5"9 and as you can see in the vid, he's pretty skinny. He talks about his diet towards the end. I think he tried to get in like 5000 calories per day but obviously you can't always get that amount. If you can manage that, that would probably give you the most gain.

To answer your question it really depends because some people gain faster some slower. I'd say just get in a routine with eating like you are with your workout routine. Be consistent in the gym and try to eat as much as possible. This "lean bulking" stuff is kinda bs if you skinny or skinny fat.

Depends on how long you have been lifting, your genetics, quality of sleep, how hard you lift, how perfect your diet is & a few other smaller factors.

A new lifter can gain 15-25 lbs of Lean Muscle in a year - assuming they do everything right (Training, Diet, Recovery, Sleep...etc). So assume like 20lbs of lean muscle gain, and an equal amount of water/fat gain. So that would be about 4lbs per month of weight gain, half of which is muscle.

If you are an intermediate or advanced lifter, I recommend lean bulking. Try to gain 2 pounds per month, and around 1lb of it will be muscle.

Both ig I’ll cut eventually anyway

Aim to gain 1 kg a month as non fat newbie without getting fat in your first year. You can gain faster in first 3 month if especially if you skinny.
