how long should i chew gum or some hard thing (pause) a day for massater growth? also should i chew more on my right side because, i've noticed its much smaller

Chew 5–20 min total per day in short sets, using tougher gum as you progress.
Chew slightly more on the smaller side (≈60 %) but keep it balanced. Stop if you feel pain.

i never said anything about bones but, training massaters will make jaw seem wider and stronger

yeah bro keep chewing and develop TMJ just for an unoticeable amount of masseter growth which will go back to normal as soon as you take a few days off from chewing :lul:

Tbh, chewing gum won’t do much for masseter growth. You’re better off chewing harder foods or using a towel, though that can fuck up ur teeth if you’re not careful.

If your jaw’s shit to begin with, short ramus, poor gonial angle, the result’s going to look downright comical.

There are some studies showing that people with severe bruxism can develop bone apposition along the mandibular angles after decades of intense nighttime clenching, forces you simply can’t replicate consciously. Also, no changes in actual bone morphology.

Still, it’s not worth it. Just save up for surgery instead.

in nature our food is soft and easy to chew. thats why iqlets that cope with chewing mastic gum all day develop TMJ, because they're contradicting nature.

Chewing on a towel, the so-called towel method, can fuck up your teeth because it’s way harder than normal food. Every bite puts crazy pressure on your enamel, which can wear it down, and if your bite’s even a little off, you could crack or chip a tooth. It also puts a lot of strain on your jaw, which can cause pain or long-term problems, and your gums can get messed up too if the towel slips. Basically, it works your jaw fast, but your teeth and jaw take a serious risk. If you do it correctly and don’t overdo it, you should be fine.
