How many ml of filler to the ramus will give me good results

That depends entirely on:
A) your goals
B) what you're starting from

In general, I imagine a few ml per side should do what you want. However, I would never recommend filler to mimic skeletal structures. Really fillers should be saved for soft tissue replacement, I.e. fat pads. Implants are a better option here imo.
