I have already 2k saved I am 18 on uni and working, I plan to do gonion/jaw implants (can't really know the difference) and chin implant or genioplasty I want my jaw to be wider so it harmonize my middle and upper face and my chin to gain width and projection how much mm do you recommend based on this photos without the result ending unnatural
